Ben 10 Ultimate Swampfire (Haywire) 4" Figure 2011 Bandai

Packaging is mostly sealed, but has significant visual wear, creases, bubble has denting/crushing and is coming open off the card at the top right corner. There is discoloration to the bubble and bottom of package. Figure looks great and is approximately 4 inches tall.
