Refund policy

Unopened Items

Unopened and unused regularly priced items can be returned within 30 days* unless specifically stated on the product details page. The packaging must be in the same condition as when initially received. A refund will be issued only after inspection to verify condition.

*Sealed TCG and Sports Card products are only open to returns 7 days after purchase, and will be inspected to verify original seal and shrink wrap. May also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Opened Items

Opened items are not eligible for returns. this includes:

  • Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging
  • Items that have visible indications that the packaged has been opened
  • Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed

Damaged and Defective Items

Any defective item can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue), if you send us the request within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is no longer available, we will be happy to issue a refund.

It will be necessary for you to provide detailed pictures of the defective item in order for us to assess them  

The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:

  • Minor cosmetic paint issues
  • Package condition (We do not guarantee "Collector Grade" packaging)
  • Wear on items describes as 'Vintage', 'Used', 'Loose', or 'Open-Box'

Process

Returns for unopened items can be done by returning the item to Time Travelers by Mail or by bringing the item to the store in-person.  Refunds are usually processed within 7 days, and can often be completed immediately in store.  A 10% restocking fee will apply in some cases.

No RETURNS allowed on the following items:

1. No Returns on New Comics. Please inspect thoroughly or ask questions prior to purchase.

2. No Returns on Back Issue Comics, Trade Paperbacks, and/or Manga. They are purchased as is, new and used. (We do allow for exchanges for similar items within 3 days of purchase, in store purchases only)

3. No Returns on Loose Action Figures/Toys. They are purchased as is.  Please inspect thoroughly or ask questions prior to purchase.  We do allow for exchanges for similar items within 7 days of purchase.

4. No Returns on Sports or TCG singles, they are purchased as is, new and used. Please inspect thoroughly or ask questions prior to purchase.
