Ben 10 Heatblast (Haywire) 4" Figure 2012 Bandai

Packaging is mostly sealed, but has significant visual wear, creases and small tears (hang tag), bubble has denting/crushing and is coming open off the card at the top right corner. Figure looks great and is approximately 4 inches tall.
