Omega Boost - Beta Boost Figure 1999 Sony Blue Box Toys

Has what appears to be factory tape that is starting to peel away from age, but could have been opened. The packaging has edge and corner wear, creasing, plastic has discoloration and a tear to the top near the hang tag area, scuffing. The figure looks very good. Please examine all photos.
